We cannot guarantee service/delivery until quote is accepted, contract signed, and invoice paid.
A RUSH FEE of 20% of the order is assessed if order is placed in less than a month out to maintain our highest quality standards.

There is a 20% rush fee for event rentals purchased within 1 month of your event date. Our Rush Fee applies to events booked under 30 days. Last-minute events require us to fast-track design, prep, labor, and logistics to guarantee availability and ensure everything is delivered flawlessly. This fee covers the additional time, staffing, and operational resources needed to meet a shortened timeline without compromising quality.
No, we are a full-service rental company, we set up, deliver, and tear down. You never have to lift a finger with us!

Early morning before 9am and after 11pm there is an addition charge of $295
You must appoint a contact to receive delivery. We will wait for up to 30 minutes, try to call and contact you in every way possible, then if available will try to reschedule. A redelivery charge of $150 will be charged to your card on file. Communication goes a long way, please contact us immediate when life happens!

Absolutely! Schedule a design call for $250 and then we will design everything you want. We require 50% non-refundable retainer to create your custom design. See our work!
If your event is canceled or needs to be rescheduled there is a charge of $250 and we will work with you but we do NOT offer refunds as we have committed to your date to have the rentals you choose, therefore, we cannot rent them to another person resulting in loss of rental date and loss of revenue.
Although we are based in the greater Pittsburgh area, we can travel pretty much anywhere. There is a fee associated with travel and will be determined by your location. Past locations we have worked: Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Virginia Beach, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky.
Absolutely! And they are always interest free.
Invoices must be paid in full prior to one month before event to avoid RUSH fees.

Credit cards incur a 4% fee.

Our team members are required to count all products on site to confirm we have the correct quantities delivered. We do charge for missing items. Your card on file will be charged the next business day for the missing items.
Our Labor & Installation Fee covers the skilled crew required to safely install, set up, and break down your décor and rentals. This includes all onsite labor, tools, equipment, safety measures, insurance, and the design precision needed to ensure everything looks perfect and meets venue standards. It ensures that you receive a seamless, professional experience.
